Serve 2 Ingredients: Onion 1 medium chopped Green Chilly 3 chopped Coriender Leaves chopped Oil 1 tbsp Raw Egg 4 Sugar 2 tsp (as per the taste optional) Salt for taste Bread 2 slices Method: 1. Take a bowl and add eggs 2. Then add onion,chilly,salt,coriender and beat mixture properly to make batter. 3. Now batter is ready 4. on pan spread 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp of sugar 5. When sugar melted roast bread both side on pan 6. repeat the process with another bread 7. Now add 1 tsp oil on pan and add half egg mixture which we prepared at low flame 8. Now place roasted bread in middle og the omlette and flip the omlette 9. cook for 1/2 minute then your bread omlet is ready 10. repeat the process with another batter 11. Then garnish with onion and coriender and serve hot.
