Ingredients :
Pigeon
pea/Tuvar daal/Arhar Daal 2 cup (cleaned washed properly)
Turmeric/Haldi 1 tsp
Turmeric/Haldi 1 tsp

(as per the taste)

2 tbsp

Ginger
Garlic Paste/Adrak Lahsun Pisa hua 1 tbsp

Onion/Pyaaz 2 chopped
·
Red
chilly/Sukha Lal Mirch 3 piece
·
Tomato/Tamatar 1 chopped
·
Mustard
seed/Rai ka daana/ Sarson ka dana ½ tsp
·
Butter
1 tbsp
·
Fresh
coriander/Dhaniya Patta
Method :
·
At
low flame cook 2 cup tuvar daal, add water, salt, turmeric to container.

Cook
till daal get soft texture then mash daal with kitchen tool.
·
Daal
Can be cook in cooker also just add
daal, salt, turmeric, water and let it whistle for 2 times then mash it, it
will done.

Now
Daal is ready to fry.
·
At
medium flame heat pan, now add ghee to the pan then add mustard seed, red
chilly and onion one by one then sauté till golden brown
·
Add
ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute then add mashed daal to it.
·
Stir
for 1 minute then add coriander and butter and close the lead switch off the
flame.
·
Dal
fry is ready to serve with chapatti, jeera rice, desserts enjoy.
