Masala Chai (Masala Tea)

   Serving : 4 Ingredients: Milk 3 cup Water 1 cup Tea Leaf 3 tsp (as per strong you want) Sugar 1 tsp (as per your taste) Ginger 1 inch crushed Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp Method : 1. First add water to sauce pan 2. Then add cardamom powder and crushed ginger to it 3. Let it boil for 2 minute 4. Add 3 tsp tea leaves and let it boil for another 2 min 5. Add 3 cup of milk 6. When it comes to boiling add 1 tsp sugar 7. Toss tea with the helping of tool for better taste of tea 8. After 2 min your masala  tea is ready to serve 9. Serve with any snacks and enjoy !

Dhaniya Tamatar Chutney

Serve: 4 Ingredients : ·         Tomato/ Tamatar  3 chopped ·         Coriander/ Dhaniya patta 1 cup chopped ·         Green chilli/ Hari mirch 2-3 chopped ·         Salt/ Namak as per taste Method : ·          Add all ingredients into mixture jar and grind well ·          When fine paste is ready, taste it for salt ·          Chutney is ready to serve ·          Serve with any type of pakoras or vada pav so enjoy this recipe. Serve: 7-8 Ingredients : ·          Boiled potato/ Ubla hua aloo 8-10 ·         Ginger Garlic Green chilly paste/ Adrak lahsun hari mirch pisi hui 2 tbsp ·         Coriander/ Dhaniya patta 1 cup chopped ·         Curry leaves/ curry patta  10-12 ·         Salt/ Namak as per taste ·         Turmeric/ Haldi 1/2 tsp ·          Mustard seed/ Rai ka dana ½ tsp ·          Sunflower oil/Sunflower tail  2 tbsp for making aloo mixture and half pan oil to deep fry.
