How to Make Masala For Gravy


 Ingredients:
·        Fresh ginger 1 inch
·        Garlic 6-8 pieces
·        Onion 1 small
·        Coriander seed 1 tsp
·        Cumin seed 4 tsp
·        Red chilly 4-5 (as per spicy you want)
·        Black pepper 1 tsp
·        Cardamom 3-4
·        Cloves 2-3
·        Cinnamon ½ inch

Method:

·        Mix all ingredients to mixture jar and add ½ cup water to it and blend.
·        Open jar and again add ½ cup water and blend.
·        Repeat this process till masala turns into smooth paste.
·        After smooth paste your masala is ready to use for any kind of gravy for sabji.

This is basic process to make masala paste and can use 2 times a day. Just keep it in tight jar inside fridge, thank you
