Tasty Vada Pav


Serve: 7-8

Ingredients :
·         Boiled potato/Ubla hua aloo 8-10
·        Ginger Garlic Green chilly paste/Adrak lahsun hari mirch pisi hui 2 tbsp
·        Coriander/Dhaniya patta 1 cup chopped
·        Curry leaves/curry patta 10-12
·        Salt/Namak as per taste
·        Turmeric/Haldi 1/2 tsp
·         Mustard seed/Rai ka dana ½ tsp
·         Sunflower oil/Sunflower tail  2 tbsp for making aloo mixture and half pan oil to deep fry.

Method :

For Besan Batter


For Making aloo mixture

·         Mash boiled potatoes and add salt mix well.
·         Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan, add mustard seed then curry leave.
·         Add ginger garlic chilly paste,turmeric and sauté for 2 min.
·         Now add mashed potato, coriander mix well.
·         Switch off the flame. Take mixture in another bowl, After 10 minute mix it well.
·         Aloo mixture is ready.

For Deep Fry
·         Heat oil in pan for deep fry.
·         Now make small balls of aloo mixture.
·         Deep into batter and one by one you can fry or 6 at a time .
·         Deep fry well now vada is ready serve with pav and chatni and enjoy with hot tea.
