Coconut Chutney


Serve : 7     
                                                                         
Ingredients :

·         Coconut/Nariyal 200 g (cleaned and chopped)
·         Salt/Namak (as per taste)
·         Fresh Coriander/Dhaniya patta  1tsp
·         Green chilly /Hari mirch 7-8
·         Sunflower Oil/Sunflower tail/Mitha tail  1 tbsp (any vegetable oil)
·         Garlic/ Lahsun 7-8
·         Mustard seed/Rai ka daana/Sarson ka daana 1 tsp
·         Curry leaves/Curry patta  6-7
·         Red chilly/ Sukha lal mirch 3
·         Cumin seed/Jeera ½ tsp

Method :

·         In a mixture jar add coconut, green chilly, coriander, garlic and make a thin paste.
·         Pour this mixture into bowl and add salt to taste.
·         Now heat tadka pan add oil
·         Add mustard seed, jeera, cuury leaves, red chilly cook well till red chilly and leaves become crisp.
·          Then switch off the flame and immediately pour the tempering on the coconut chutney.
·         Mix it well and serve with idli, paratha, dosa and enjoy

When it comes to boiling add 1 tsp sugar 7. Toss tea with the helping of tool for better taste of tea 8. After 2 min your masala  tea is ready to serve 9. Serve with any snacks and enjoy !
