Hello guys after a year am here to share this Awesome Tasty morning breakfast which is famous in Maharashtra 😋 a Tasty and Easy meal, especially when you don't feel like cooking. Combination of onion, potato, chilly, curry leaves with the taste of lemon You will Love it, give it a try.. So let's Start..😍
Serve : 2
Ingredients :

Rice
flakes 3 cup
·
Onion
1 chopped
·
Potato
(peel and cut into small pieces)
·
Green
chilly 4-5 chopped (as per spicy you want)
·
Sugar
1 pinch (optional)
·
Mustard
seed ½ tsp
·
Turmeric
½ tsp
·
Salt
(as per taste)
·
Fresh
coriander
·
Fresh
curry leaves 5-6
·
For
garnish lemon
·
Oil
1 tbsp (any vegetable oil)
Method :
·
Heat
1 tbsp oil in pan, add mustard seed to oil, then add curry leaves.
·
At
low flame Add onion, green chilly sauté till brown color comes
·
then
add potato, salt, turmeric and cook for 10 minutes till potato is well cooked
·
Add
sugar to it then add rice flakes(wash with plain water and drain completely do
not soak in water too long)
·
Cook for 2 minute then add fresh coriander mix
it well.
·
Turn
off flame and take it in plate, garnish with lemon.
·
Serve
and enjoy.
