Chapati / Phulka


Chapati is our basic need for lunch or dinner so I have explained here step by step hope you all like this one of basic recipes

Serve : 3                                                                              
Ingredients :
·        Wheat flour 4 cup
·        Sunflower Oil  1 tsp (optional)

Method :

For dough:

·        Take wheat flour into bowl
·        Add oil (optional) and enough water to make soft dough that is elastic but not sticky.
·        Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth.
·        Let it on rest for 15-20 minutes, then use.
·        Now make small balls (pede) of these dough.
·        Roll out these balls into circles.

For Bake:

·        Heat pan On medium heat, when pan start smoking put chapati on it.
·        After 30 sec flip the chapati and cook another side then with the help of cooking tool put chapatti on flame and make it puffy from both the side and keep it in another plate.
·        Do this for remaining dough balls.
·        Serve with dal fry, chicken, Ghughuni, Besani/Gatte ki sabji.

Masala Chai (Masala Tea)

   Serving : 4 Ingredients: Milk 3 cup Water 1 cup Tea Leaf 3 tsp (as per strong you want) Sugar 1 tsp (as per your taste) Ginger 1 inch crushed Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp Method : 1. First add water to sauce pan 2. Then add cardamom powder and crushed ginger to it 3. Let it boil for 2 minute 4. Add 3 tsp tea leaves and let it boil for another 2 min 5. Add 3 cup of milk 6. When it comes to boiling add 1 tsp sugar 7. Toss tea with the helping of tool for better taste of tea 8. After 2 min your masala  tea is ready to serve 9. Serve with any snacks and enjoy !
