Besan Batter


Ingredients :

·        Gram flour /Besan  2 cup
·        Turmeric/Haldi 1 /8 tsp
·        Salt/Namak as per taste

Method :

·         In a bowl add gram flour with turmeric, salt and addible water.
·         Mix it well so that when we deep fry our pakoras it will come up n crunchy as well.
·         I mix batter till 10 minutes for better result you can also do that or skip this by using only a minute.
·         Now your batter is ready to make any type of pakoras or vada so enjoy this recipe.
