Ingredients :

Wheat
flour 3-4 cup
·
Sunflower
Oil 2 tbsp
·
Green
chilly 3-4 chopped
·
Onion
1 chopped
·
Mustard
seed 1 tsp
·
Ginger
1 inch chopped finely
·
Fresh
Coriander chopped
·
Red
dried chilly 2
·
Turmeric
½ tsp
·
Salt
(as per taste)
·
Potato
4 large (boiled and mashed)
Method :
For Dough:
·

For Aloo Mixture:
·
Heat
2 tbsp oil in pan and fry red dried chilly, when fried nicely keep it in a
separate plate.
·
Now
add mustard seed, ginger, onion, green chilly, turmeric and sauté till golden
brown.
·
When it take some time Take mashed potato into
bowl add fried red chilly (crush it) and salt
into bowl and mix it.
·
Then
add mashed potato to pan and stir for 2-3 minute then switch off the flame.
·
All
these mixture pour into a bowl and rest it cool down for 10-15 minutes
·
Then
mix all mixture well to make parathas.
·
Now
stuffing is ready.
For Parathas:

Take
a dough ball and make small circle, now take it in hand and feel with aloo
mixture close from all the sides seal in the center and press slightly.
·
Now
roll out this ball very carefully into small thick circle around 6 inch.
·
Heat
pan On medium heat, when pan start smoking put paratha on it.
·
Cook
both side then with the help of cooking
tool put oil on paratha and make it puffy from both the side and keep it in
another plate.
·
Do
this for remaining dough balls.
·
Serve
with any kind of chatni, sauces pickles.
